Ahmedabad-based Sadbhav Engineering Ltd today said that the Karnataka Government has awarded the company a Rs. 737-crore road construction project.
“The company has received letter of award dated 01.02.2014 for design, build, finance, operate, maintain & transfer the existing state highway (SH 33 & SH 3) from Malavalli to Pavagada (approx length of 193.344 km) in the state of Karnataka,” the company informed in a filing to the stock exchanges.
The estimated cost of the project is Rs. 737.20 crore with a concession period of 10 years, including a construction period of 30 months from the appointment date, the company said.
