Vijayanagar Sugar Pvt. Ltd., (VSPL) Is Located At Survey No. 32, 33, 34 Of Gangapur And Survey No.13, 14, 19, 20,21,22,23 Of Shiranahalli, Mundargi Taluk, Gadag District 582118. This Is An Integrated Industrial Complex With Sugar Plant Of 5000 TCD, Cogeneration Plant Of 30 MW And Distillery Plant Of 120 KLPD With 3.5 MW Co-Generation Unit. The Total Extent Of Land Is 133 Acres; Out Of Which The Distillery Plant Occupies 25 Acres. An Additional Land Of 245 Acres Is In Possession Of The Industry In Which 10 Acres Of Land Is Developed For Composting Of Spent Wash With Press Mud. VSPL Proposes To Expand The Capacity Of Distillery Unit From Existing 120 KLPD To 300 KLPD With Multi Feed Stock ( C Heavy Molasses/ B – Heavy Molasses / Cane Juice Syrup/Grain/ Others) To Manufacture Ethanol Under Ethanol Blended With Petrol Programme And To Enhance The Co-Generation Plant Of Distillery Unit From 3.5 MW To 12 MW.
