Kiadb Is In Possession Of Land To An Extent Of 3239.03 Acres (1310.82 Ha) At Mulawada Village Proposed For Ia. It Proposes To Set Up Mulawada Ia In An Integrated Manner With All Required Infrastructure Facilities Like Roads, Electricity, Water, And Developed Plot Area For Setting Small And Medium Scale Industries, Residential And Commercial Establishments. The Proposed Ia Will Enhance Opportunities By Transforming The Region Into A Potential Growth Hub.
