The Panari Standalone Pumped Storage Project Is Proposed With Rating Of 1800 MW And With A Storage Capacity Of 16200 MWH. This Project Is Comprising Of 6 Units Of 300 MW Sri Siddharth Infratech & Services (I) Private Limited. The Installed Capacity Of A Pumped Storage Scheme Is Influenced By The Requirements Of Daily Peaking Power Requirements, Flexibility In Efficient Operation Of Units, Storage Available In The Reservoirs And The Area Capacity Characteristics. The Project Will Generate 1800 MW By Utilizing A Design Discharge Of 984.90 Cumec And Rated Head Of 207.00m. The Panari Standalone PSP Will Utilize 1854 MW To Pump 1.14 TMC Of Water To The Upper Reservoir In 11.40 Hours.
