The Project Is Proposed By M/S. Sugar Grid Limited. This Is A New Private Sugar Mill From Satara District Of Maharashtra. Proposed Unit Will Be Developed At Gat No. 1739village Pingali Bk., Tal. - Man, Dist. - Satara, Maharashtra415506. The Proposed Project Of 120 KLPD Molasses Based Distillery Is Planned Due To The Policy Of Government Of India To Promote Ethanol Blended Petrol (EBP) Programme. The Project Is To Develop A New Distillery Unit Based On Molasses Of 120 Kilo Liters Per Day (KLPD) Capacity. Incineration Boiler Is Proposed For Safe Disposal Of Spent Wash. Condensate Polishing Unit Will Be Installed For Treating Spent Lees, Condensate And Other Minor Effluent. Treated Water Will Be Recycled To Achieve ZLD. In The Project 4.5 MW Steam Turbine Is Proposed To Fulfill Estimated Captive Power Requirement Of 3.6 MW.
