Rashmi Cemnet Limited Proposed For The Expansion Of The Existing Sponge Iron Unit With Additional Installation Of Ferro Alloys Plant, SMS, Rolling Mill And Captive Power Plant. For The Existing Unit. Company Plan For Expansion Of Sponge Iron Plant (6, 00,000 MTPA To 11, 25,000 MTPA), Ferro Alloy (72000 To 96,000 TPA) With Briquette & Zigging Plant And Addition Of New Steel Melting Shop 5,70,000 TPA With Slag Crushing Unit; Hot Rolling Mill (2,50,000 TPA); Cold Rolling Mill With Pickling & Galvanizing Line (3,00,000TPA); Power Plant [45 MW To 113 MW-(25 MW Coal And Dolochar Mix Based And 88 MW WHRB Based)]. Further As A Strategic Decision The Company Has Decided To Increase The Production Capacity Of Existing (10 X 100 + 1 X 350 + 1 X 600 TPD) Operational Sponge Iron Plant From 6,00,000 TPA To 8,00,000 TPA And Proposed Upcoming Sponge Iron Plant (3 X 600 TPD) From 5,40,000 TPA To 6,90,000 TPA Making It Total 14,90,000 TPA.
