M/S Oil And Natural Gas Corporation Limited (Hereinafter Referred As ONGC) Has Been Awarded Nohta-Damoh-Jabera PML Block In Son Valley, Vindhyan Basin, Located In The State Ofmadhya Pradesh By Govt. Of India For A Period Of 7 Years With Validity Up To 09.02.2022, With A Minimum Work Commitment Of Drilling At Least Seven Exploratory Wells Within The Block. The PML Block Has Been Carved Out From The Erstwhile Damohjabera-Katni Nomination PEL Block Where ONGC Has Made A Number Of Gas Discoveries Having Sub-Commercial Flow Rates. To Aggressively Pursue Exploratory Leads In The Remaining 1135 SKM Area Of The PML Block, Drilling Of About Fifteen (15) Exploratory /Appraisal Wells In The PML Block May Be Taken Up In Non-Forest Within The PML Block.
