The Proposed Building Stone Quarry Project Is Situated At Survey 587/2A In West Eleri Village, Vellarikundu Taluk, Kasaragod Dist. Kerala With An Extent Area Of 2.6848 Hectares. The Proposed Quarry Area Is Hill Rock. In Most Parts Of The Quarry Lease Area, The Rocks Are Exposed And Also The Granite (Building Stone) Exposures Are Present / Bordering To The Lease Boundary Proving The Occurrence Of The Granite (Building Stone). The Highest Elevation Of The Lease Area Is 265m MSL And Lowest Is 215m MSL. The Proposed Quarry Area Is Hill Rock. In Most Parts Of The Quarry Lease Area, The Rocks Are Exposed And Also The Granite (Building Stone) Exposures Are Present / Bordering To The Lease Boundary Proving The Occurrence Of The Granite (Building Stone). The Highest Elevation Of The Lease Area Is 265m MSL And Lowest Is 215m MSL In The First Years Of Plan Period, Total 57400 Tons Of Granite (Building Stone) Shall Be Quarried/Mined.
