The Proposed Project Is An Existing Hospital Complex Located At A-4, Paschim Vihar, Near Paschim Vihar East Metro Station, New Delhi. Now To Increase The Capacity Of Handling Of Patients And Increase In Beds, Two Towers Are Proposed Hence Built Up Area Is Increased. Hence, We Are Applying For Expansion Of The Hospital Complex. The Proposed Hospital Parts Shall Be Developed By Manav Sevarth Trust. The Total Plot Area Of The Project Is 10,000 M2 And Total Built Up Area After Expansion Shall Be 33021.717 M2 Out Of Which 3387.456 M2 Will Be Utilized As Ground Coverage. The Far Achieved Will Be 21123.831 M2. The Total Non-Far Will Be 2789.044 M2. The Maximum No. Of Floors Shall Be 2b+G+6.
