The Total Plot Area Of The Project Will Remain Same I.E. 15367 M2 (1.563 Ha.). 6804.482 M2 Shall Be Utilized As Ground Coverage. The Total FAR Achieved Will Increase From 29447.888 M2 To 34572.128 M2. The NON-FAR Will Increase From 6563.631 M2 To 20920.122m2 And Hence Builtup Area Is Increasing From 65303.78 M2 To 85791.594m2.
