The FAR Achieved Will Be 59784.271 Sqm For Which Bifurcation Is Given In Table 1 And Basement Area Of 16767.1 Sqm Is Proposed For The Project After Addition/Altration. The Built-Up Area Of The Project After The Proposed Addition/Altration Will Be 82988.832 Sqm. Total 25 Number Of Towers Are Proposed And Maximum No. Of Floors Will Be G+3.
