Maruti Ferrous Private Limited Is In Plan To Modernization And Optimization Of Production Capacity At Its Present Setup Of Raipur, Chhattisgarh By Working Days In A Year Will Be Increased Form 300 Days To 330 Days Per Year. It Will Result In 10% Increase In Production Capacity Of Billets (I.E. 9600 Tpa), Thus Total Ms Hot Billet Production Capacity Will Be Reached To 105600 Tpa (96000 Tpa + 9600 Tpa). It Is Proposed To Transfer These Hot Billets Through A Hot Billet Conveyor To The Existing Rerolling Mill Which Will Reroll These Hot Billets In Addition To The Reheated Billets Being Rolled At Present By Heating Through Billet Reheating Furnace To The Extent Of 60000 Tpa Rerolled Steel. Addendum Of Eia/Emp Page 2 Now The Re Rolling Mill Will Be Run In All The Three Shifts And Will Be Continuously Maintained Between Every Sequence Gap Which Lasts For Around 20 To 30 Minutes. Still Around Two Hours Time Is Considered To Get Consumed In Mill Maintenance Every Day . Thus Against 10 Heats In A Day We Have Considered That 8 Heats Hot Billets Will Be Rerolled In Hot Condition. Thus Out Of 105600 Tpa Hot Billets 80% ( 84480 Tpa) Will Be Rerolled Through Hot Charging And 20% (21120 Tpa) Will Be Cooled Down For Either Sale To Market Or For Use In Own Rerolling Mill Through Reheating Furnace.
