The Government Of Jammu And Kashmir (Goj&K) Established J&K State Cable Car Corporation Under The Companies Act, 1956 Which Wishes To Develop An Aerial Passenger Ropeway Between Village Ransoo (Below Ransoo Kotla Road) And Shiv Khori Cave In Order To Promote Tourism In The Region And Also Provide Convenient Way To Reach Shiv Khori Temple For Devotees. The Project Is A 1739 M Long Ropeway, Covering An Area Of 31,750 Sq M (Including Lower Terminal Station, Upper Terminal Station, Area For Towers & Ropeway Corridor). Lower Terminal Point (Ltp) Is Proposed At Village Ransoo (Below Ransoo Kotla Road) And Upper Terminal Point At Approx 270 M Distance From The Shivkhori Cave Entrance.
