Maa Kudargarhi Steels Private Limited Is In Plan For Expansion Of Its Current Project At Raipur, Chhatisgarh.At Present Company Is Having 90000 Tpa Coal Based Reheating Furnace To Producer Rerolled Product Which Requires About 150 Kgs Coal To Reheat Per Ton Of Semi-Finished Steel. Total Particulate Emission And Gaseous Works Out To 1057.24 Tpa Where As In Capacity Expansion This Conventional Rerolling Mill Will Be Replaced With Hot Charging Rolling Mill Which Does Not Required Any Fossil Fuel, As Hot Billet Produced From Proposed Induction Furnaces Will Be Directly Feed To Hot Charged Rolling Mill, By Doing This Total Particulate And Gaseous Emission Will Be 435.83 Tpa, Thus Total Approx.621.40 Tpa Particulate Emission Will Be Avoided From The Proposed Capacity Expansion. This Will Also Lead To Avoidance Of About 15000 Tpa Green House Gas (Ghg) Emission.
