CIDCO Proposed To Develop The Coastal Road Starting From Near Panvel Creek With Interchange With Aamra Marg To C.F.S. Road Of Port Area Traversing Along The Coast Of Ulwe By Providing Access To The Proposed Off-Shore Banking Centre Of SEZ (O.B.C) On Foot Hill Of Jasai. Making An Interchange At Shivaji Nagar With Proposed Trans-Harbor Link Then Terminating At CFC Road Of Port Area. Thus , The Port Traffic As Well As City Traffic Would Run On Coastal Road Without Mixing With Intra Traffic And Meet To Aamra Marg Being Built By NHAI Under Port Connectivity Project. The Total Project Area Is Of 64.09 Ha Of Which About 26% I.E. 25.70 Ha Area Of Road Alignment Is Passing Through CRZ Area. The Length Of Road Would Be About 10+106 Km For Coastal Road & About 1+222 For Airport Link Road.
