M/S. Maruti Shetkari Asavani Limited Has Proposed A New 60 KLPD Molasses And Sugarcane Juice Based Distillery Unit At Gat No: 3729/1 To 20, Village Kameri, Taluka Walawa, Dist. Sangli, State Maharashtra. The Distillery Proposes To Achieve Zero Discharge By Implementing Multi Effect Evaporation Followed By Spent Wash Incineration Boiler.Proposed Production Of 60 KLPD Distillery Will Be Based On Molasses And Sugarcane Juice As The Basic Raw Materials. Other Raw Materials Will Be Enzymes, Yeast, Water, Antifoam Agents, Biocides, Urea Etc. The Distillery Proposes To Achieve Zero Liquid Discharge. Spent Wash Generated During The Process Of Distillation Will Be Treated In Multiple Effective Evaporators To Concentrate And Use In Boiler As A Fuel
