Mysore Projects Private Limited proposes to develop the property into a World Class Mixed Use Development. The total extent of the property is 3,09,665.97Sq.m (76 Acres 20.81 Guntas) M/s. Mysore Projects Private Limited a subsidiary of M/s. Brigade Enterprises Limited have worked out a master plan with 14 parcels of developments comprising of buildings for Office use, Shopping Mall with Multiplex, food courts, entertainment hubs, etc., Residential Apartment clusters, Villa clusters, convention centre, club houses with indoor and outdoor sports facilities, convenience stores, restaurants, large multiple lung spaces, wide roads, water features, etc. Other salient features shall include Uninterrupted Power and Water Supply, Green Building Certification, Artificial Water Feature, ATM’s, etc
