M/s BMA Stainless Limited is expanding the capacity of the existing plant at Village- Debipur, by replacement of existing 4 nos. of 8 Ton capacity Induction Furnaces to 4 nos. of 12 Tons Induction Furnaces and increasing the output (speed) of existing Rolling Mill through modernization. After the proposed expansion, the production capacity of the plant shall be 2,07,360 TPA of M S Billet/Rolled Product from the existing production of 1,20,000 TPA. Other facilities like Continuous Casting Machine (CCM), Producer Gas Plant and Rolling Mill have adequate capacities to meet the enhance production. Rolling Mill capacity shall be enhance to 30 TPH from the 20 TPH (existing) by replacing the existing motors with higher speed motors to increase the rolling speed. Expansion shall take place within the existing plant area of 6.92 Hectares (17.10 Acres). No additional land shall be required for the project. The existing plant is located at village Debipur, P.O.:Kalyaneshwari, District: Burdwan, West Bengal.
