Singhal Enterprises Private Limited (SAIPL) as a part of expansion of the existing steel plant, envisage to produce the following product through different routes. Manufacturing of Sponge Iron using Iron ore, Coal and Dolomite as raw materials. Manufacturing of Hot Metal / Pig Iron using Iron ore lump, BF coke, Quartzite, Mn ore using as raw materials. Manufacturing of Sinters using Iron ore fines, Limestone, Dolomite, Coke breeze, Mill scales etc., as raw materials Washing / cleaning of Raw coal & Sizing Raw Coal [(-) 50 mm] in crushing and screening plant. Power generation through WHRB by utilizing hot waste flue gases from DRI kilns. Power generation through FBC boiler using coal, Dolochar & Washery Rejects as fuel. All production is going to more then dubble after expansion
