The proposed project is an Industrial area development project being developed by RIICO where in all infrastructure development including roads, storm water drainage, sewage, water supply, power supply, sewage treatment, domestic solid waste disposal and green area development will be provided by RIICO. RIICO will have the responsibility for allotting the plots to interstate parties for the category of industries proposed in this industrial area. General Manufacturing Industries such as Auto mobile zone, textile zone, general engineering zone, electrical cable/manufacture zone. The total area of the project site is 389.696 ha. The development plan includes development of industrial, commercial and residential plots.
