Indian Oil Corporation limited owns total plot area of 12.10 ha (29.91 acres) for setting up a new LPG bottling plant at Gopalpur, District: Korba, Chhattisgarh. The storage capacity of the bottling plant at Korba will be 1800 MT and the bottling capcity will 60 TMTPA. There will be no chemical process involved and the operation carried out will be receipt of LPG in bulk form in road tankers, storing the same in mounded bullets and filling of LPG into cylinders (domestic/commercial/industrial) using electronic carousel and associated on-line conveyor systems. The cylinders filled will be checked for quality and quantity and then dispatched by packed cylinder truck.
