Pune-based Avinash Bhosale Group (ABIL) has announced a new residential project in Mumbai, in partnership with Italian fashion brand Versace Home.
ABIL Mansion is set to come up on Hughes Road. The house’s artistic director, Donatella Versace, will add her creative touch to the interior design of the residences, creating bespoke interiors which will match traditional craftsmanship with the innovative design of Versace today, ABIL said.
The 10 units will be spaciously laid out with four or five bedrooms each, spread over 8,000 sq ft or more.
Comprising nine ultra-exclusive duplexes and one simplex, the 32-storey skyscraper will consist of one apartment every other floor. The project is expected to be completed by 2019. ABIL Mansion spreads across 11,421 sq ft of land in prime South Mumbai.
