EF Holdings, a diversified group that specialises in innovative offsite construction technology, has opened its joinery and fit-out factory at the KEF Infra One Industrial Park in Krishnagiri, Tamil Nadu.
Built at an investment of Rs120 crore, the facility is one of the 10 factories at the 42-acre park. KEF Infra One will be the largest fully integrated one-stop ‘offsite construction’ destination.
Faizal E Kottikollon, Chairman, KEF Holdings, said the facility is equipped with advanced technology from leading international specialists, the joinery and fit-out factory.
The unit builds on automation technology realised through robotic systems that are run by computer-aided design and computer-aided manufacturing software to eliminate wastage in the production line as well as reduce time and building costs,
