India and Japan have inked an agreement for Rs 5479 crore official development assistance for Chennai and Ahmedabad metros.
Areements were signed by S. Selvakumar, the joint secretary, ministry of finance, Government of India and Yutaka Kikuta, Deputy Chief of Mission of Japan to India here on last Friday.
