Global provider of customer contact solutions and product support services, iQor on Tuesday said it will invest $200 million over the next threw years to expand its market.
The company that is known for its after-market services to electronic products will also hire around 20,000 employees over the next three years.
"India is the world's fastest growing major economy and is projected to be the second largest smartphone market by 2016. With our own in-house technology will provide services to the customers," Hartmut Liebel, Global Chief Executive Officer, iQor told reporters here.
The company has spent around $50 million over the last few years and has 4,000 employees with facilities in places like Manesar, Mumbai, Kolkata and Bangalore.
It has company-owned walk-in centres in 82 cities and 17 states serving multi-brand products.
