FirstHandle, which helps offline merchants target consumers within a predefined radius with hyper-local offers, will invest Rs 30 crore in the next one year on expansion,
The startup, which launched in the Delhi-NCR region in August, will start operations in Mumbai and Bengaluru in the next couple of weeks, said Sinha, who is also the CEO of FirstHandle.
The company, which has 5,000 merchants on its platform in the Delhi NCR region, has so far seen more than 45,000 downloads and 10,000 offers on its app.
In Mumbai and Bengaluru the startup is initially targeting 2,000 merchants and 5,000 offers each. It is looking to acquire 25,000 merchants and 10 lakh active customers in the next five months.
