Sahyadri Industries Limited (SIL) plans to invest Rs 140 crore to set up an ultra-modern non-asbestos flat sheets (NAFS) integrated plant at Vijaywada. An MoU to this effect was signed between Sahyadri Industries Ltd and the Andhra Pradesh state government. The capacity expansion is expected to take the company's total installed capacity of NAFS to more than 2,00,000 tonne per annum.
