Dubai-based Legend group will commence its India operations by launching the country's first residential apartment project with hybrid natural energy back-up in Kochi. Arabian Legend Realtors Pvt Ltd, its Indian arm, planning to invest Rs 500 crore in the first year and was targeting to build 10 million sft in Kerala by 2017 The 15-storey, 75-apartments luxury project is expected to be completed within 18 months. Legend Joswana, the group's first real estate project in India, in Tripunithura,The hybrid natural energy back-up will be a part of this commitment.
