Vulkan Technologies, wholly-owned subsidiary of Germany-based Hackforth Holding GmbH & Co.KG has set up a new, state-of-the-art manufacturing facility at Pirangut near Pune Vulkan Technologies invested about Rs. 45 crore in this new plant. The installed manufacturing capacity of the Lokring unit is 110 lakh pieces per month, the machine shop can process 105 metric tons, whereas the rubber unit can process 30 metric tons per month. The company is also considering setting up a new phosphating plant at the rubber unit.
