RattanIndia Power, the erstwhile Indiabulls Power, it has commissioned the fourth 270 MW unit of the 1,350 MW phase-I of its thermal plant at Amravati in Maharashtra. The company is developing a 2,700 MW coal-based plant in Amravati in two phases of 1,350 MW each. This unit is a part of the first phase of the project, The company has already signed a long-term PPA for 1,200 MW with Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company (Mahavitaran).
