Maharashtra State Road Development Corporation is taking up a project for the addition of a new eightlane corridor to its Mumabi-Pune Expressway and old highway in the state. The project will come up as a part of its expansion
programme and which involves the implementation of an elevated corridor between Khopoli and Khandala, making it a 14- lane stretch. This project Rs 7,000-crore.
