The Kerala State Fisheries Department Has Earmarked Rs. 60 Lakh For Opening Three Modern Fish Malls, One Each In Kochi, Thiruvananthapuram And Kozhikode. Work On The Fish Malls Would Begin As Soon As Land Was Made Available By Municipal Corporations. According to Fisheries Department An Effluent Treatment Plant Would Also Be Established.
