Pioneer Property Zone (PPZ), will be offering its services to five new projects in Hyderabad, Among the upcoming projects, four mall assets, including 350,000-sft Secunderabad Central, 210,000-sft Odean of Shanta Sriram Constructions, Youdan Infrastructure Project Ltd's 105,600-sft Youdan Plaza and a mall at Kompally, will be developed under the supervision and guidance of PPZ. The 470,000-sft Manjeera Mall at Kukatpally, which became operational recently, is now being managed by PPZ. The Odean Mall, which will house a cinema hall, would be completed by its developer by the last quarter of 2017, a PPZ release said. The company is a joint venture between ICS Realty, the fully-owned property services arm of ICS Group, and Old Mutual Property, a subsidiary of the London-listed insurance firm Old Mutual Plc.
