IRB Infrastructure Developers Ltd on Wednesday said it has emerged as a selected bidder and received a letter of award from the government to build a toll road in Haryana at an estimated cost of Rs.2,300 crore.
The road project involves widening the 166km Kaithal-Rajasthan border section of National Highway-152/65.
