Shree Ganesh Sugar Mill Has Inked An Mou With A Singapore-Based Company Kara International For Setting Up Bagasse Co-Generation Plant For Power Generation In Neighbouring Bharuch District, Its Chairman Said Here Today.
According To Mill Chairman Sandeep Singh Mangrola, The 28 MW Capacity Plant Will Come Up At Vatariya Village And Will Be First Of Its Kind In The Country With An FDI Investment.
As Per The Mou, The Singapore Company Will Hold 76 Per Cent Equity And Remaining 24 Per Cent Will Be Owned By The Mill, He Said.
The Mill Is Expected To Earn An Annual Revenue Of About Rs 15 Crore After The Agreement And Will Fetch Rs 160 Per Tonne For Crushing Of Sugarcane.
Ganesh Sugar Is A Co-Operative Factory With 14,000 Members In Six Talukas Comprising Bharuch And Surat Districts.
