The Government Of Haryana Plans To Set Up A 660-MW Thermal Unit Of Super Critical Technology At Yamunanagar. A Gas-Based Thermal Plant Of 1,500 MW Is Also Planned To Be Constructed In Faridabad And A 2,800 MW Nuclear Power Plant Is Being Set Up By The Centre In Fatehabad. Besides, A Plan Of Rs 2,000 Crore Is Being Executed To Strengthen Power Distribution System In The State.
