The Uttar Pradesh State Industrial Development Corporation (UPSIDC), Is Planning To Complete Its Sandila Mega Leather Cluster Project In Hardoi District Of Uttar Pradesh State, By June 2015. The Cluster, Estimated To Cost Rs 400 Crore, Will Come Up Over 162 Acre. The Union Government Will Allot Rs 125 Crore Towards The Total Project Cost. Land For The Project Has Already Been Allotted To The SPV. The Project Will Involve Facilities For Treating The Effluents Generated In Parks, Rainwater Harvesting, Warehousing, Raw Material Banks, Exhibition Centre, Design Centre And Human Resource Development.
