Coal India Ltd Has Decided To Set Up 16 Washeries In Its Various Subsidiaries To Improve Its Quality. The Company Will Set Up The Washeries In Four States Of Chhattisgarh, Jharkhand, Odisha And West Bengal, With 92 Million Tonnes Per Annum Capacity. The Washeries Will Reduce The Quantity Of Ash And Other Irrelevant Components From Coal And Make It As Competitive As Imported Coal.
