Hindustan Aeronautics Limited has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Transparency International India (TII) for adoption of Integrity Pact (IP). "Integrity Pact" is a tool developed to ensure that all activities and transactions between companies or Government departments and their suppliers are handled in a fair and transparent manner. TII will support HAL by providing advice and resources to implement the Integrity Pact programme successfully. Hindustan Aeronautics Limited is mainly involved in aerospace industry, which includes manufacturing and assembling aircraft, navigation and related communication equipment, as well as operating airports.
