Neyveli Lignite Corp Has Invited Global Firms For Providing Consultancy For Its 1,980 MW Ghatampur Thermal Power Project In Uttar Pradesh Involving A Cost Of Rs 11,128 Crore. The Consultant Will Be Selected On The Basis Of An International Competitive Bidding Process. The Total Consultancy Contract Shall Be Executed In Two Phases. In First Phase Basic Design & Engineering Will Be Cover And Inspection Services, Expediting Services And Project Management Services Will Be Cover In Second Phase. Uttar Pradesh Rajya Vidyut Utpadan Nigam Ltd And Neyveli Lignite Corporation Ltd Entered Into A Joint Venture For The Thermal Power Plant.
