Oil India (OIL) Has Plans To Commission 54 Mega Watt Wind Turbine Plant At Dangri In Jaisalmer, Rajasthan. The Company Has Invested About Rs 360 Crore In The Project And Completed The Same Within 142 Days From The Date Of Issuing Of Letter Of Award (LOA) To The Bidder. The 54 MW Project Includes 27 Wind Turbine Generator (WTG) Units And Each Unit Has An Installed Capacity Of 2000 Kw. The Wind Farm Is Effectively Connected To The Rajasthan State Electricity Grid At 'AKAL', At A Distance Of 47 Km From 'Dangri' Wind Farm.
