The BSE-Listed Ashiana Housing, Which Has Also Developed Luxurious Residential Properties In Lavasa Near Pune, Will Focus On Industrial Houses In Gujarat. Accordingly Mr. Sunit Gandhi, Vice President Of Ashiana Housing Ltd. “We Have Received The Land Conversion Approval. The Project Cost Is Around Rs 100 Crore, Which Will Be Met Through Internal Funds. The Land At Halol, One Of The Important Industrial Clusters In Gujarat Was Earlier Under 'Agricultural Land’ Category. It Has Received The Status As 'Non-Agricultural Land For Residential Purpose'. The Land Is Situated In Kanjari Village Of Halol Taluka, Gujarat And Will Be Utilized To Develop A Group Housing Project With Total Saleable Area Of Approximately 6,40,000 Square Feet. The Project Is Expected To Launch By The Third Week Of May.
