The Scheme Effective From Month Of April. Accordingly, The Pantaloons Fashion Retail Business Of PRIL Has Been Transferred By Way Of Demerger To PEFRL With Effect From The Effective Date. Aditya Birla Nuvo Is A Part Of Aditya Birla Group. The Company Is Present Across Financial Services, Telecom, Fashion & Lifestyle, IT-Ites And Manufacturing Businesses.
