Surat Municipal Corporation Gave A Go Ahead For Town Planning Schemes On Both Sides Of Proposed Outer Ring Road Project. Surat Urban Development Authority (SUDA) And SMC Will Come Up With TP Schemes On Both Sides Of 66 Km Road In 500 Meter Area. With Appointment Of Consultancy, Three Proposed TP Schemes No 83 For Variyav-Kosad, No 84 For Kosad-Bharthana -Mota Varacha- Abrama And No 85 For Sarthana -Pasodara-Laskana Work Will Begin. This Town Planning Schemes Will Take Place In Next Three Months For 66 Km Long And 90 Meter Wide Outer Ring Road That Is Based On Self Revenue Generating Model By SUDA And SMC. It Is Envisaged That In Five Years Time It Will Generate Whooping Rs 11960 Crore By The Sale Of FSI And Other Means Against The Cost Expenditure Of Rs 5796 Crore.
