Works on path of Mussoorie-Dehradun ropeway project will begin by May 15. Its one of the longest project in State covering a distance of 11 km between the two major tourist destinations, Mussoorie & Dehradun. Project will be built at a cost of nearly Rs 800 crore. Ropeway will be located at a height of 15 to 40 metres. According to official source, project will not damage any environment activity. In first phase works would begin from Hathipaon to Library & in second phase of work from Purkul to Hathipaon will be constructed.
