The Ministry Of New & Renewable Energy (MNRE) Government Of
India Has Announced Central Financial Assistance (CFA) For Pico
Hydro Electric Power Plants Of Up To 5 Kw Capacity, Installed In
Kerala State. Kerala In General And Idukki, Wayanad Districts In
Particular Have Been Identified As Highly Potential Areas For
Installing Pico Hydro Electric Power Plants. Considering The
Potential, The Ministry Of New & Renewable Energy (MNRE) Has
Sanctioned Central Financial Assistance At The Rate Of One Lakh
And Ten Thousand Rupees (Rs. 1,10,000/- ) Per Project And Fifty
(50) Pico Hydro Eclectic Plants In Kerala During The Year 2012-13.
The Financial Assistance Can Be Availed From The Office Of The
Energy Management Centre (EMC).
Financial Assistance Will Be Provided As A First-Come-First Served Basis.
Avail The Opportunity Before 31.10.2013.
