Aditya Birla Nuvo is planning to take up brownfield expansion at its existing Indo-Gulf fertilisers complex in Jagdishpur (U.P.) under the New Investment Policy. Land is available at existing plant location in Jagdishpur. As of February 2013, Environmental, Pollution Control, Water Supply approvals are in place. Final approval from Department Of Fertilisers and Approval for allocation of natural gas from is awaited from Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Gas are awaited.
