National Highways Authority of India is planning to develop the Alappuzha byepass project. The project involves envisages construction of Alappuzha bypass to two-lane with paved shoulder from Km 408.100 to Km 414.900 of NH-47 in Kerala. As of February 2013, the project bids have been invited for developing the project in EPC basis.
