Bridgestone Corporation has reported progress on its upcoming tyres manufacturing project. The project, to be completed in phaseswill have an installed capacity to make 10,000 passenger car tyres and 3,000 tyres for buses and trucks per day. Manufacture of tyres for trucks and buses will begin in October 2013. As of February 2013, the project is under implementation.
