Gulbarga Power is setting up a 60 MW Thermal Power Plant and 2 x 8.4 MW waste heat recovery system power plant at Chatrasala Village in Chincholi taluk in Gulbarga district. The company signed an MoU with the state government of Karnataka in June 2012. As of January 2013, the project is under construction.
